I used the Tiny TV to make 2 vintage TV's for a friends doll house. She thought I was a Wizard. So happy with my purchase. Easy to load videos after you learn the process. It is so magical !!! Thank You
I received the tiny tv very quickly and was happy just seeing it in person. Once I turned it on it got even greater as I flipped through the channels. I wish the remote was more responsive as mine isn’t so reliable all the time but for the size I can understand a bit of a lag. One other con for me was that the software download to convert files didn’t work on my older MacBook but I reached out to tiny circuits and they eventually responded with a download that did work on my MacBook. That was awesome of them and I’m glad they provide good customer service like that. The tv is so cool and everyone I show it to is fascinated by it for one reason or another. Now that I can convert my own videos it’s ten times cooler (resolution looks great in person). Totally recommend this product!!
I often turn on my TinyPiano and press the two Function keys at the same time to listen to one of the 10 builtin tunes. The
volume is very adequate for such a tiny instrument. One note in particular is loud! After listening to my tune I press both Function keys together again to hear another tune.
Fyi: this doesn't come with a USB-C cable so you'll need to get your own
It's so much fun watching tiny versions of my favorite videos on this! I was surprised just how good the screen's resolution is. It's easy to convert videos with the app, but I also experimented with some ffmpeg commands to make the videos take up less space, so I could fit even more of them. I love this tiny tv!
I copied a bunch of videos over to the device including movies and TV ad compilations. It behaves like live TV, where the videos continue to run, so that when you return to a channel the video will have moved on from where it was when you left it. It’s a small detail but really makes it feel like “live” TV.
Stick some old movies and mix it up with some ad compilations from the 80’s and you’ve got a perfect little piece of nostalgia.
