WE MAKE TINY THINGS
THAT REALLY WORK
Since 2011 we've been shrinking real electronics down to the size of a stamp — genuine screens, genuine speakers, genuine circuits — and documenting every one so you can open it up and make it yours.

IT STARTED
WITH A HUNCH
TinyCircuits began in a garage in Akron with a simple question: how small can a real, fully-functional gadget actually get? Not a mock-up, not a toy — a working screen, a working speaker, a working circuit board you could program yourself.
Fifteen years later the answer is a whole family of them — TVs the size of a stamp, game consoles that clip to a keychain, and modules that snap together like electronic LEGO. All of it open-source, all of it documented, all of it hand-tested before it ships.
FIFTEEN YEARS, TUNED IN
TinyCircuits is founded in Akron with a mission to make real electronics tiny.
Our stackable Arduino-compatible platform lands on Kickstarter and takes off.
Playable miniature arcade cabinets put us on desks and in the press worldwide.
The world's smallest working television goes viral — millions of tiny screens.
A full family of tiny devices, all open-source, all made and tested in Ohio.
BUILT BY
REAL PEOPLE
Every board is designed, soldered, tested and shipped from our workshop in Akron, Ohio. No mystery factory, no black box — just a small team who care about getting the tiny details right.
If it has a screen, the screen turns on. Everything we ship is genuine, functional hardware — never a prop.
Schematics, firmware and docs are out in the open. Crack it open, remix it, and keep it running for years.
Small batches, hand-tested by a team in Ohio who treat every tiny board like it's going on their own desk.
